    无石棉硅酸钙制品物理性能指标GB/T10699—1998微孔硅酸钙绝热制品一、产品结构微孔硅酸钙绝热制品是一种新型轻质高效节能的块状保温材料，它是将二氧化硅粉状材料、氧化钙、纤维增强材料、少量助剂以及大量的水经合理的配料、加热搅拌胶化、成型、蒸养晶化、干燥等工序加工制成的一种耐热轻质多孔的块状保温隔热材料。是目前硬质块状保温材料中性能最好的一种。二、产品主要特点1、安全使用温度高达650℃，比超细玻璃棉制品高300℃，比膨胀珍珠岩制品高150℃。2、导热系数低（r%26le;0.63w/m.k）远远低于其它的硬质保温材料以及复合硅酸盐保温材料。3、容重小，在硬质保温材料中容重最低，保温层可薄一些，在施工中可大量减少钢支架、减少安装劳动强度。4、该绝热制品无毒无臭不会燃烧，机械强度高。该制品可长期反复使用5、微孔硅酸钙板、管强度高,在使用温度范围内不变形,无石棉、耐久性,不怕水湿.可用于各种耐高温绝热部位保温隔热6、产品具有耐热度高。绝热性能好，强度高、耐久性好、无腐蚀、无污染，本公司产品均为无石棉制。
