These kilns are generally constructed in a modular format and installed on site. They are designed for an automated or continuous production situation, to reduce manpower and keep operating costs to a minimum. Combustion fuels can be oil、gas or LPG as customer requests. These kilns are generally used in the sanitaryware, tableware and technical ceramics fields. Product is transported through the kiln on refractory protected cars/bogies on a continuous or indexing system through the tunnel kiln which incorporates heating, firing and cooling zones.
